The Hotel Castello Lake Front is located in the heart of Malcesine, at only 50 metres from the historical centre and at 150 metres from the Monte Baldo cable car. As well as visiting the botanical gardens, guests can reach the international regatta course which is just a five-minute drive away.<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

As a group of small family-run hotels we do not accept large groups of people. (weddings, events, etc…).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reservations require a minimum stay which is usually 3\/5 nights (depends on the hotel\/loft chosen).<\/p>\n

Reservations for fewer nights are available approximately 2 months after scheduled arrival.<\/p>\n

In case of your booking, you will receive our written confirmation with a deposit request<\/strong>\u00a0(otherwise the room is not considered booked).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

Check in and check out at the reception of the Hotel Castello.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Check in from 2 pm to 11 pm.<\/strong> Check out 10 am.<\/p>\n

After checking out, the parking lot of the hotel is available until max 2 pm (ask at reception).<\/p>\n

Visa and Mastercard<\/strong> are accepted.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

Breakfast buffet is from 7 to 10.30 am<\/strong>. (Hotel Luna Rossa 7.30 – 10.00)<\/p>\n

The breakfast buffet must be consumed in the dining room: food and drink cannot be taken away.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The additional breakfast-buffet (for example for non-resident guests) cost Euro 25.00 per person.<\/p>\n

Room service is available with a supplement of Euro 10.00 per person (Hotel Castello and Living Suite).<\/p>\n

Lunch and Dinner<\/a><\/p>\n

It is not possible to reserve a specific table for dinner.<\/p>\n

The penalties indicated below are reciprocal: they apply to the hotel as much as to the booking customer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We strongly recommend that you\u00a0take out insurance to protect the holiday<\/b>: in case of cancellation of the reservation you will be refunded. Think about it…<\/p>\n

We inform you that in case of a cancellation (or modification) of a b<\/strong>ooking pre-paid, non refundable:<\/strong><\/p>\n

the total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking. Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.<\/p>\n

In case of a Booking guaranteed by a deposit:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– no penalty up to 15 days before arrival (check in); – when cancellation (or modification) is communicated less than 14 days before arrival (check in), any deposit is lost.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

If a guest stays for a\u00a0shorter time<\/strong> than agreed in the hotel, will still have to pay the full amount.<\/p>\n
