The Hotel Castello Lake Front is located in the heart of Malcesine, at only 50 metres from the historical centre and at 150 metres from the Monte Baldo cable car. As well as visiting the botanical gardens, guests can reach the international regatta course which is just a five-minute drive away.
Check in from 2 pm. Check out 10 am.
After checking out, the parking lot of the hotel is available until max 2 pm (ask at reception).
Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Breakfast buffet is from 7 to 10.30 am.
The breakfast buffet must be consumed in the dining room: food and drink cannot be taken away.
The additional breakfast-buffet (for example for non-resident guests) cost Euro 25.00 per person.
Room service is available with a supplement of Euro 10.00 per person.
It is possible to reserve a specific table for dinner (compatibly with the number of people booked) only for reservations at 6.30 pm.
Cancellation for bookings made directly to the Hotel (no third parties)
We strongly recommend that you take out insurance to protect the holiday: in case of cancellation of the reservation you will be refunded. Think about it…

We inform you that in case of a cancellation (or modification) of a booking pre-paid, non refundable:
the total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking. Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of a Booking guaranteed by a deposit:
– no penalty up to 15 days before arrival (check in); – when cancellation (or modification) is communicated less than 14 days before arrival (check in), any deposit is lost.
If a guest stays for a shorter time than agreed in the hotel, will still have to pay the full amount.
Late arrival does not give the guest the right to extend his stay beyond the established day, or not to pay the room rate for the booked but not used days.

Malcesine sul Garda is known for its impressive Scaligero Castle which dominates the town from the top of the rock. Because of its particular location, between Monte Baldo and Lake Garda, and its medieval historical town centre, Malcesine is one of the most popular tourist destinations.
- Children from 0 to 2 years, + Euro 20,00, with or without cradle
- Children from 2 to 17 years in parents’ room, + Euro 30,00, with or without bed
- Supplementary bed in double bedroom + Euro 30,00
- Dog, accepted upon request, has a cost of Euro 20.00 per day.
- The buoy has a cost of Euro 15,00 per day.

- We accept a limited number of guests with pets (and max 1 for room), in order to guarantee a pleasant stay for everyone
- A well-behaved dog, who is on a lead, may freely accompany you during your stay at our hotel

- In the breakfast room the dog is accepted from 7.00 to 8.30 and from 10.00
- The dog crouches on the floor (no chairs or similar).
- A payment of 20 Euros per dog per day will be applied (2023)
- A payment of 25 Euros per dog per day will be applied (2024)
Reservations require a minimum stay which is usually 5 nights.
Reservations for fewer nights are available approximately 1 month after scheduled arrival.
In case of your booking, you will receive our written confirmation with a deposit request (otherwise the room is not considered booked).
You can find us in the historic center of Malcesine passing through a small restricted traffic area (you do not need permission: just pass throu!).
At check in we need to register the license plate of the car / motorcycle.
